Why Choose Coastal Counselling Walk & Talk Therapy?
Hello
Meet Sahra – Your Compassionate Counsellor in Northern Rivers, NSW
Hi, I’m Sahra.
As a mother of two, I understand the challenges of life, loss, and personal growth. I am empathetic, positive, and adventurous—passionate about helping others navigate life’s ups and downs.
Growing up on the Far North Coast of NSW, I developed a deep connection to nature. Spending time outdoors has always been a source of healing, which is why I incorporate walk-and-talk therapy into my counselling approach.
My adolescent years were shaped by trauma, grief, and significant loss, leading to self-doubt and unhelpful thought patterns. After years of navigating my own healing, I committed to helping others find peace, strength, and self-empowerment.
I am here to support teens and adults through life’s challenges, offering a safe space for healing and growth.
